Direct sales through our website are enabled for shipments to the Peninsula, the Balearic Islands and the rest of the countries of the European Union.

If you live in the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla or want us to send your order to a non-EU country , we will attend to your order through our email info@aimeeshoes.com to guarantee maximum transparency in shipping costs.

why are we doing it like that? These areas have special regimes and variable customs fees and we prefer that you personally evaluate the shipping options and rates associated with your order before placing it.

1. Shipments to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands

Shipping to the Peninsula (Spain and Portugal) is FREE, including a first exchange if you have problems with the model or size chosen.

For the Balearic Islands, shipping costs are €12, and also include a free first exchange.

Shipments in peninsular territory will be delivered within 24 to 48 business hours. Please note that delivery times for the Balearic Islands are approximately 48 hours longer than in the rest of the Peninsula. We will strive to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible.

If you are not at home to receive the delivery of your package, the transport agency will contact you by phone to arrange a second delivery. You will also have the option to pick up your order at your nearest MRW office .

2. Shipments to other European countries

Shipments to the rest of the European Union countries have a cost of €28 and an additional charge for returns and exchanges. For more information, write to us at info@aimeeshoes.com .

3. Special shipments

If you are in the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and other countries in the rest of the world , you can request your order at info@aimeeshoes.com . We will take care of all the management, but shipping costs, customs fees or special taxes (if any) will be the responsibility of the customer. 4. Availability

All orders are subject to item availability . In the unusual event that the product is not available, the customer will be informed by email and the purchase amount will be refunded within a maximum period of 48 hours on a business day, 72 hours if it is a holiday.

5. Exchange and return policy

If you need to make an exchange or return, you will have a period of 7 business days (10 calendar days) from the delivery of any item, with the exception of bags. In this case, you will have a period of 24 hours from receipt to contact us through our email info@aimeeshoes.com and request the exchange or return.

For both exchanges and returns, we must receive the item in the condition in which we sent it to you, with the original packaging and labeling. Once received and reviewed, we will proceed with the new shipment or refund within a maximum period of 48 hours and we will send you a notification by email to confirm it.

6. How do I make a change?

To make a change send us an email to info@aimeeshoes.com indicating the item(s) you want to change size or for another model. You must specify your name and order number and provide us with the designer, name and size of the new item that you have preselected on our website www.aimeeshoes.com to replace it.

The first change in the Peninsula (Spain and Portugal) and the Balearic Islands is FREE.

For Europe or those areas in which direct online sales are not available (Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and non-EU countries) there will be an additional expense that the client must assume.

Contact us by email for approximate costs, as this varies considerably depending on the area or country and the type of shipping.

7. How do I make a return?

Send us an email to info@aimeeshoes.com indicating your name and order number, the item(s) you want to return and explain the reason.

In the case of returns, the customer bears the costs of reshipment except if the reason for the return is a defect or damage to the piece received or any error for which aimée is responsible.

It is important to keep in mind that the imperfections presented by leather tanned with vegetable dyes following traditional artisanal techniques will not be considered a defect , since they are part of the identity of the aimée product.

Shippings to Peninsular Spain and Portugal are FREE, including a first change and return of your order in case you have a problem with your selection of size or model.

The costs for Balearic Islands are €12 and you have the right to a free first change as well.

Deliveries in Spain and Portugal take from 24 to 48 hours average. In the case of Balearic Islands it can take 48 more hours. We'll do anyway our best for you to get your delivery as soon as possible.

If you are not home when the order is delivered the transport agency will contact you in order to arrange new details that fit you.

You have as well the option of your nearest MRW office in which you can pick up your order.

EU countries, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and the rest of the world will have an additional charge, which will be carried by the customer.

7. How do I get a refund?

Send an e-mail to info@aimeeshoes . Specify your name, order number, items you want your money back for and why.

In refunds, it is the customer who gets charged with the cost of sending back the item. The exception are those cases with flaws in the item or those with mistakes evidently related to aimée's management.

It is important to outstand that flaws are not usual imperfections that come up on leather dyed with vegetable materials and following craftsman techniques. This is what is part of Aimée's products substance and soul.
